Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for positive coliform DETAILS: 2 of the 5 temporary routines were positive for total coliform. One of 5 samples that was unmarked with the location but was a raw from the well and it was coliform negative. ACTION NEEDED: Violation notice needs to be issued and a raw water sample is need of the source water. Operator to increase the chlorine residual in the distribution.
