Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic reporting DETAILS: I contacted Brian to see if monitoring was done in first quarter 2010 as required. Brian mentioned Alexin lab was supposed to be doing the quarterly monitoring. He is going to follow up with them and get results reported or a test taken ASAP. 4/29/10 Arsenic sample taken 4/22 and received at the state 4/27. Result was 0.011 above MCL. This puts their running annual average at 0.0095 under the MCL. The system is to stay on quarterly monitoring for arsenic as long as they have detections above the MCL. They will also need to issue a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring for arsenic, provide public notice.
