Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive sample January 10 and March 10. Called owner to make an appointment to see system which changed from Jackson Co. HD to Oregon Dept of Ag (ODA) a few months ago. Talked to owners about shock chlorinating the system and proper sample taking. Gail Flory with ODA has never seen this system and has made an appointment to see system next week. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate system and take repeat samples. Post public notice.
