Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Discussed violations with Jim. He questioned the validity of all but missing sampling for nitrates, including: Monthly coliforms due for all surface water systems. Monthly treatment reports must be submitted, he believes they were submitted. Public notice requires a copy of the notice to be sent to the state, he believes this was done. Also questioned what the number indicated on the violations page following each listed violation. According to Chuck Michael at the state, this related to the weighted value score being given to each system for each violation. ACTION NEEDED: Suggested he resubmit items and check state database after a month to see if some violations are eliminated or modified, if no, call for further discussion.
