| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform and Ecoli DETAILS: Five source samples each collected from wells #4 and #5 on 4/2/10 tested positive for coliform and all but one tested positive for Ecoli. A boil water notice was issued. Daniel Hough and I evaluated the system for coliform and concluded the standard for 4 log inactivation is met. System will now conduct compliance monitoring with source assessment monitoring no longer a requirement. The boil water notice has been lifted. ACTION NEEDED: Compliance monitoring must be met and maintained. | ||
