Details: SUMMARY: Fail to submit nitrate 2009 DETAILS: Spoke with Joe regarding missed sample and he informed me that he would double check with Neilsons to find out whether or not they have record of the sample being submitted and that a 2010 sample would be submitted ASAP. 3/10/10 Nitrate sample was submitted to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: None
