Details: SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: Fourth quarter coliform sample missing. The operator was contacted and said they tried to take the sample at the end of December but the lab was closed. We discussed taken the sample toward the beginning of the quarter to ensure that it was submitted on time. ACTION NEEDED: none
