Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a Surface Water System, which supplies approximately 860 people through 368 connections. Surface water from multiple sources is treated with rapid sand filters with coagulation and flocculation and is chlorinated before being pumped to two reservoirs. HBH was contacted by the System to provide assistance with providing a contact tracer study. The City does not have a delivery meter on the water reservoirs, therefore, meters must be added or an alternative methodology must be determined. I discussed options for measuring peak flows leaving reservoirs with operator. I discussed methodology options with DWP staff and provided cost estimates for installation of delivery water meters. I composed methodology for approval by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Perform CT Tracer Study.
