Details:	SUMMARY: Well Evaluation - L97524 DETAILS: From the well report evaluation: Well has a split seal. Lower seal is from 78 to 88 feet below ground level. Well draws water from a confined sand aquifer. There are no mapped surface water sources with 500 feet of the property that the well is on. ACTION NEEDED: $150 fee IOC data Assure sanitary setbacks.
