Details: SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Vicki and 4 repeat samples were collected on 3/4/10 one of which tested positive for coliform. None of the repeat samples were collected from the well and Vicki agreed to have a source sample collected today. 3/11/10 I spoke with Vicki and she informed me the source sample tested negative and the recent positive samples are likely the result of sampling error, sample collected in unapproved water bottle which then was transferred into the approved sample bottle, the corrective action she will take is to collect a special sample from space #33 tomorrow and collect 5 temporary routines early in April to help confirm the distribution system is coliform free. 3/25/10 I spoke with Vicki and she said the special sample on 3/12/10 was absent and 5 temporary routines will be collected in early April. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert
