| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Notice Lifted due to Corrective Action DETAILS: System disinfected USFS storage tank to roughly 20 ppm and let stand through entire hatchery on 7/20. Flushed system and ensured a 0 ppm residual. Took two samples at Tractor Bay Hose bib and House #2, and both specials taken on 7/21 returned coliform absent on 7/22. I indicated that given the absent results, the disinfection procedure at the hatchery was effective, and the boil notice for the hatchery may be lifted. Mark to inform residents and crew late 7/22 or early 7/23 and remove notices. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 5 temporary routines in August. System to review cross connection program to ensure adequate protection. Mark indicated that the emergency disinfection was emergency in nature, and that continuous chlorination at the hatchery would need to be reviewed/evaluated by his management due to fish concerns. DWP to continue to provide support through plan review and coordinate with Multnomah County. | ||
