| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 6-22-10 DETAILS: 6-24-10 Called and left message for Larry to be sure to take 3 repeat samples and a source for all of the wells that were in use at the time. I also notified him that they will need to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of July. 6-25-10 Larry called Steve Dahl to notify him that the repeat samples had already been taken. He notified Steve that the second well was not in use when the sample was taken because the mill was closed for two weeks which he felt may have contributed to the positive. He sis collect a source sample from the primary well. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats and follow up as necessary. | ||
