Details:	SUMMARY: RT TC+ follow up DETAILS: 07-16-10---routine TC+. Called operator Galen 07-20-10 and discussed. Facility only open Thursday to Saturday. This lack of use may be some of the issue. Galen has sample bottles and will resample Thursday. Discussed adequately flushing system before sampling. One of the repeats to be source samples. ACTION NEEDED: Results of repeats will dictate action. Five temp routines will be needed in August.
