Details:	SUMMARY: county takeover of city responsibilities DETAILS: July 1, 2010 - the county took over administrative duties for the City. The mayor and city council all resigned. Due to outstanding loans for water/wastewater, the county was forced to take over these responsibilities. Mark Bennett with Baker County is now the primary contact. The current operator has resigned and the county is looking to contract out these responsibilities. ACTION NEEDED: inform DWP when the new contract operator is known
