| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Jerry regarding the TC positive result from the routine sample collected on 8/5/10. Jerry said the sample tap was dirty and that was likely why it tested positive. A chlorine residual of 0.4 mg/l was measured at the pressure tank, but no measurement was made at the sample collection site. I reminded Jerry that the residual must be measured immediately before collecting every coliform sample. Reviewed requirements for 4 repeat samples plus a source sample from the well that is currently in operation. Only one triggered source sample is required from well #2. Also reviewed where to collect the IOC samples. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat and source samples. | ||
