Details:	SUMMARY: Complaint investigation DETAILS: Dawna called on behalf of relatives who moved to Boulder Creek 3 months ago. The relatives are complaining of low water pressure. I recommended that she have them follow up with Bette Carter, the owner, or Martin Klinger, the direct operator in charge on this specific complaint. I indicated she could contact me if these two contacts are not able to speak to her, and I could help her further. She asked about the timeline for the system to install filtration, and I referenced the Administrative Order requiring that the system meet deadlines for plan review submittals and installation of the system. She state that her relatives were not made aware of the boil water notice by the water system contacts, upon buying a lot for their trailer, and that later neighbors pointed out the notice to them. I recommended that she specifically follow up with Bette about this complaint, and reminded her of public notice requirements. ACTION NEEDED: None specific at this time. DWP to follow up with systm or DRC if further water pressure complaints are fielded at Boulder Creek.
