Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed deadlines in administrative order DETAILS: Contact was made by phone with Matthew Moore from NW Hazelnut Co on 09/10/2010 about the Notice of Violation and Administrative Order issued in July 2010 due to constant high nitrate results. Mr. Moore stated that they were going to install an ion exchange unit to control the nitrate level and a UV light to control the frequent coliform positives. Plans were submitted (mailed) 9/09/10 to the DWP Plan Review Coordinator, Marsha Fox. ACTION NEEDED: Verify that Compliance Action No. 1, Northwest Hazelnut Company must submit construction plans for an approved treatment system before September 30, 2010, is completed.
