Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed settlement deadlines DETAILS: I called Chandler at 11:40 am for an update on progress at the Boulder Creek water system. Plan Review: he is mailing a check today to the engineering company so that plans can be submitted to DWP. Chandler said the plans are ready and that the engineer is merely waiting for the payment to gather the final stamps and deliver the plans to DWP. DBP Samples: Chandler said he collected HAA5/TTHM samples on 10/8 and delivered them to Waterlab for analysis. Chandler said that Boulder Creek hasnt lost pressure recently. We also discussed keeping a log of the daily activities completed by the different people operating the system, and he said he will begin keeping the log so that it can be reported to DWP. Chandler also said he is keeping a log of all the customer complaints. Chandler has utilized the contract template I sent him, and it is completed with Martin Klinger as the operator. Chandler said he will submit the contract to DWP on October 18th. Chandler said he has scheduled a meeting with Louise Birk on October 17th, and will discuss/complete the project intake form at that time. ACTION NEEDED: Await submittal of documents and information by the water system.
