Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Monthly Arsenic sample over the MCL. No changes since last month. Mike is in the process of trying to comply with the administrative order. A letter of intent will then be issued to the state revolving loan fund for assistance from HBH. A copy of a new public notice was posted on 08/12/10 with a copy e-mailed to Brad Daniels. ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up as needed.
