Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to sanitary survey conducted on 02/19/2010. DETAILS: I met two times with the system in August 2010 and again in early September 2010 during the change of ownership and working with the new owners to correct all the significant deficiency items. During the 09/08/10 visit, the system has corrected all of the significant deficiency items as noted during the Sanitary Survey of 02/19/2010. The system now has a screen on the wall vent, both on O & M manual and coliform sampling plan are in place that meet the minimum satisfactory requirements, and a Tier III PN was issued for samples missed during 2009 (copy Attached). All Items have now been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
