Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed settlement deadlines DETAILS: I called Chandler to get updates on progress towards completing the actions and meeting the deadlines specified in the settlement agreement of September 29. DBP Results havent been returned yet. I reminded Chandler exactly what was expected of the log for operators and their daily activities, and the log for customer complaints. He is waiting for Martin to sign the contract we provided as a template. The construction plans have been paid for, and at this point their submission is in the hands of the engineering firm. Chandler indicated that he didnt think anything was waiting for him to take action regarding the plans. He met with Louise Birk today. She needa additional information regarding equipment or material costs before the project intake form can be completed. He is going to call Robert Henry today to get the necessary information. ACTION NEEDED: I will call Chandler next week on Wednesday or Thursday (Oct. 27 or 28) to get one final update before the deadlines on the 31st (which falls on a Sunday).
