Details: SUMMARY: The operator received notice about monthly SW Report - Late /Non-reporting. DETAILS: The system is only on well, but does have an emergency surface source that has not been used for at least two years. Called Chuck Michaels (DWP) and discussed the problems with him. He said that no surface water report is needed and that he will correct the violation notice issue. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
