Details: SUMMARY: COLI8568 - Coliform found present in 11/02/10 sample. DETAILS: Left phone message with Fred on 11/08/10 to: 1) Take a sample from each of the three spigots that showed coliform present on 11/02/10, plus one more fro four samples total. Mark each of these samples as Repeats. Keep [unresolved] public notice posted. 2) In December take five temporary routine samples. 3) Fred called later in the morning and confirmed. 4) Discussed sending Fred via email (1) the DWP address to send any public notice made and (2) the last water system survey performed at the RV Park. [mcffh-fred@msn]. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples ASAP, five temporary routine samples in December., maintain public notice.
