Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to Repeat Coliform Alert DETAILS: Spoke to Shelly with Delta Environmental Labs. Monthly source samples are no longer required for Seavy Loop Water System. Corrective action letter was mailed to Kevin Hunt on 06/14/10 requiring a mew well be drilled, reconstruct the existing well, connect to a neighboring well or provide 4.0 log treatment and take daily chlorine residual samples. Kevin mailed a letter to Lane County on 06/30/10 stating that due to the inadequate construction of the existing well, a new well was proposed and Bill Fiedler Well drilling was in the process of working on the project. Until the new well is online the chlorine residual is to remain above .3 mg/L to achieve four -Log inactivation of viruses. ACTION NEEDED: No action further samples required. Waiting for plan review for proposed new well.
