| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed agreements and compliance requirements. DETAILS: Chandler Brown called to state that Bette had signed the recently drafted agreements for both this system and the Bear Creek water system. The draft agreements were only intended for review and consideration by Bette Carter/Rose Lodge Water Co. and are not intended to be signed at this point. I mentioned to Chandler that we had discussed and agreed upon his and Bettes review of the documents no later than December 6, 2010. Chandler also asked what needed to be completed by the end of the year at each of the Rose Lodge systems. I referred Chandler to each of the previously signed agreement for Boulder Creek and administrative order for Bear Creek. I did specifically tell Chandler that DBP samples need to be collected for the Bear Creek system, and that the report listing the operator for each daily activity at the Boulder Creek system needs to be submitted. ACTION NEEDED: Await action by the water system. | ||
