Details:	SUMMARY: No invalidation of November positive coliform DETAILS: November the system took 5 triggered samples of which one was positive. 4 repeats were supposed to have been taken but only one was done. Another sample was taken to replace the invalidated sample but not enough repeats were taken for invalidation. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines will be necessary for December.
