Details:	SUMMARY: Tracer Study Report DETAILS: DWP has required a tracer study to be completed as required by water system survey conducted on May 2009. An effluent flow meter was finally installed in Feb 2010 so the study can be completed using an established flow and monitored properly. HBH met with Dan to conduct the tracer study on 11/3/10. Chlorine levels at first user were too high and we lowered chlorine dosage to dilute the residual concentration in the storage tanks and ran the booster pumps for 3+ hours to obtain a first user residual below 0.3 mgl in order to conduct the study. Initial calculations indicate 40-45 minutes of contact time. I began data evaluation and initial tech report writing. I complete ST Study report after data evaluations/report compilation and submitted to Oregon Water Services and HBH for distribution to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
