Details:	SUMMARY: VOC alert DETAILS: Lab reported wrong chemical, should have been PCE(Tetrachloroethylene). Lab submitted an amended report to the state. PCE has been an ongoing issue with this system. They are working with HBH to resolve the issue. The system is working with the revolving loan fund to obtain funds to replace the storage tank. The tank is old and the liner appears to be the cause of the PCE detections. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor quarterly VOC results.
