Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting of Surface Water Report DETAILS: Spoke to owner/operators wife Mandy regarding non-submittal of surface water reports during the last half year. Explained that turbidity (NTU) and chlorine residuals (ppm free chlorine) need to be measured and recorded daily, since the source is surface water. Environmental Health Specialist will follow-up with operator to make sure that these values are being recorded, with results sent to the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: none
