Details:	SUMMARY: Violation resolution DETAILS: Environmental Health Specialist gave water system operator a tutorial regarding the use of new turbidimeter that was purchased. New turbidimeter was calibrated with standard solutions and is operating correctly. Surface water treatment monitoring log sheets will be completed with Cl contact time and turbidity measured and recorded on a daily basis. Informed operator to fax these forms to DWP on a monthly basis by the 10th of the next month. Operator will call Lincoln County Environmental Health with any further questions. ACTION NEEDED: none
