Details:	SUMMARY: Semi annual inspection DETAILS: Conducted semi-annual inspection of RV Park for licensure with Lincoln County Environmental Health. Water system is in good operating condition at time of inspection. Talked with Amanda (Dions wife) regarding reporting of turbidity and contact time on a monthly basis. Environmental Health Specialist examined records for SWTR during May and June of this year with no problems noted. Amanda stated that turbidity and contact time forms were sent to DWP for the month of May. ACTION NEEDED: none
