Details:	SUMMARY: Response to mineral oil drum spilled in Milton Creek - OERS Spill Report DETAILS: Fielded an OERS Spill Report #2011-0744 from OHD PH Duty Officer. Apparently, roughly 25-30 gallons of mineral oil spilled into Milton Creek, near intersection of Pittsburg and Riggs Road about 10 miles up from Milton Cks confluence with the Columbia in St. Helens. Since Citys intake (Rainey well) is down from confluence I notified Howie with the water plant. Passed on pertinent contact name and number with Columbia Fire & Rescue. ACTION NEEDED: None specifically, DWP to offer support to operator.
