Details:	SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: System did not report a first quarter 2011 arsenic sample. I called Linda and informed her. She said she would contact Cascade Earth Sciences and follow up. 4/20/11 Tot a call from kalan at CES and he said the test was taken. I looked it up and now it is in the state website but it was reported late so the violation stands. Kalan said he would make sure the lab reports on time for the next quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Routine quarterly arsenic sample reported on time.
