Details:	SUMMARY: Late reporting turbidity DETAILS: Janie called wanting to know what to do about the late report. She mailed the report April 8, 2011 and it was not received until April 11. Discussed problem with Carrie Gentry. The reports absolutely need to be received by the 10th of the month. She will mail them earlier. When the April report is received on time the system will be returned to compliance ACTION NEEDED: none
