Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to TC/FC positive source assessment sample DETAILS: The source sample was taken from well #3. This well has not been operated for the past month. There has been access issues with the flooding experienced by the city of Heppner. Possibility the sample was not collected properly. ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples will be collected either 6/14 or 6/15. Further action will be based on the results.
