Details: SUMMARY: System score of 14 follow up DETAILS: System had a history of coliform problems and verified Ecoli in the summer of 2009 causing the system score to be over 11. System has since made improvements to the wellheads, areas surrounding the wells, worked with county staff as well as HBH circuit rider and some assessment monitoring for GWUDI. System has not had any fecal positive since and has not had any positive coliform for over 5 months. System is considering installing 2 or 3 designated monitoring taps in distribution to eliminate plumbing as potential cause of bad samples. ACTION NEEDED: System should be returned to compliance for MCL violation on 8/1/09. Continued monthly distribution monitoring. The summer months have been problematic for this system and continued routine monitoring will note any ongoing problems
