| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Called and left message for operator. Identified 5/4/11 sample at 5.25, 0.25 above the action level. Currently the system is on quarterly sampling in order to produce a running quarterly average to determine if the high readings are seasonal or may be increasing. The operator continues to miss quarterly samples and having to restart the process. Reminded him to take additional samples in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2011 and 1st quarter of 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Test nitrate 3rd and 4th quarters of 2011 and 1st quarter of 2012 to achieve to return to compliance. | ||
