| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: spoke with Jeff regarding lead & copper sampling schedule. Elmira is on a 6 month sampling schedule due to the number of excursions received (excursions occur because the pH level dropped below the required level for corrosion control) Jeff is aware of the schedule and will let the lab know so they can have assistance collecting the 20 samples required. ACTION NEEDED: Submit lead and copper samples every 6 months until further notice. | ||
