Details:	SUMMARY: Discovered their newest DBP samples were taken a block away from the site intended DETAILS: Kevin recently found out that the first two of their quarterly DBP samples (since the addition of the intertie source) were not taken where the City had intended - instead of at 20th and College, they were accidentally taken at 19th and College. How to rectify? Kevin says that the location sampled would not be as representative of the water coming from the Intertie as the intended location would be. That is because the connection from the Intertie joins in from the north AFTER (usually downstream from) the 19th Pl location. So he thought they ought to start their quarterly sampling over again at the correct, more representative location. Kevin says he intends to start tomorrow, taking a 3rd quarter DBP sample at 20th Place. He will also submit a request to correct the location of the April 11, 2011 DBP sample in the database - it should read that was taken at 1900 College St. If they start their 4 quarterly samples at 20th Pl now, they will finish after the 2nd quarter of 2012. ACTION NEEDED: Check with DMCE regarding proper communicatoins to a) correct the location stated on the 4/11/11 sample, and b) restart the quarterly sampling schedule.
