Details:	SUMMARY: Operator called regarding August copper results DETAILS: Operator called yesterday because one of the five copper samples exceeded EPAs Action Level (it was 1.5, AL is 1.3). He wanted to discuss what response was required. I returned the call & asked about the other results in this round of 5 samples. We determined that his 90th percentile figure for this round will not have exceed the AL, so no further actions are required. I sent him a follow up email today, confirming that he has satisfied his monitoring requirements for this 3-yr period. In the future, he may consider taking the lead and copper samples in Sept when the water has already been flushed after its dormant time over the summer. ACTION NEEDED: None anticipated.
