Details:	SUMMARY: Height of wellhead DETAILS: It was observed by Kris Byrd with OR Water Resources, Well construction program, that the height of the wellhead was nearly flush with the land surface. Amy Parmenter and Russel kazmierczak provided maps indicating that market was within the 100 year flood level and therefore the well head was in violation due to it not being protected from flooding as it is not al least 2 feet above the anticipated 100 year flood level. Contact was made with the owner 5/5/11 to discuss the issue. He stated he understood the problem and would have e a well company out to provide an estimate within 1 week. He would call me to provide details on when it could be completed. ACTION NEEDED: Phone call from operator on the estimated time of completion of raising the wellhead at least 2 feet.
