| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli alert follow up DETAILS: Dave Phillips from Kenetiko water company visited firm and looked at well. He stated the well had been vandalized and fecal matter put into the well. Sheriff was called to tile a police report. It was decided by ODA and the state drinking water, Greg Baird that the 5 validation samples at well head was not necessary because of this case and that immediate action was being taken to correct the issue. ACTION NEEDED: Send copies of pictures, police report and report from Dave Phillips from Kenetiko water company. Take five repeat samples after Mr. Phillips treats system to ensure water is clean, two at well head and one at each of the three sinks in the store. If all those come back negative tier one notice can be removed and 5 routine samples from the same location need to be taken in July | ||
