Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for total coliform DETAILS: System continues to experience total coliform issues. Routine test 6/29/11 was positive and one of the repeats taken 7/7/11 was positive so the system is in violation for June. Postings are up and copy will be sent to the state. Since the positive result, the well has been shock chlorinated and the chlorinated water was moved through distribution and into the 100,000 gal reservoir which was filled past the overflow level. System has been using 4000 gal at a filling for dust control during a project underway at this time. The surge may be dislodging material from the 14" distribution lines. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to take 5 more temporary routines for July to avoid a non reporting violation. Operator to oversee all temporary routine taken in July. System to look into a consultant to evaluate the system and advise them. Continue to monitor source water to assure water being produced from the will is not coliform positive. Operation should consider chlorination of all the water if this issue is not figured out quickly.
