Details:	SUMMARY: Options for Requirement to Add Filtration DETAILS: The City operates a small system that serves approximately 100 people through 88 connections. Water is taken from a shallow well at the bank of the John Day River. This well has been determined to be Groundwater under the Influence of Surface Water (GUI). As such, the City has been put on notice that filtration must be added to this source. Bill Goss with DWP requested HBH contact the system to provide preliminary assistance with the selection of treatment or new source technologies. HBH contacted Joe Duncan and discussed options for potential preliminary cost estimates for use in a letter of Interest (LOI) for the SDWRLF. HBH also provided a copy of the 2012 LOI for use by the City. HBH Corrosponded with Bill Goss regarding conversations with the City. ACTION NEEDED: Further assistance as needed.
