Details:	SUMMARY: Respond to positive coliform DETAILS: Met with Jack in order to discuss the options in regard to the recent multiple positive coliform results. Operator will post public notice as provided. The well will be thoroughly sanitized as well as the distribution system. 5 routine samples will then be taken with one of tem being a source water sample. Also discussed the option of treatment if this doesnt solve the problem. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice will be removed after 5 clean samples are submitted.
