Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/15/11 DETAILS: Jeff called ma about the positive sample and I let him know he needs to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system as well as a triggered source sample at the well head. I also suggested he check on the UV system to be sure that it is functioning properly. He said he would be sure to check the system to be sure its operating properly. I also let him know to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for October. I let him know the October sample will count as his 4th quarter routine sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and respond if necessary
