Details:	SUMMARY: Haven Acres water service update DETAILS: As part of water system survey I confirmed with Scott, that all work to upgrade and restore water service to the residents at Haven Acres has been completed. The City entered into a legal agreement with the residents to provide and maintain service to the residents. City upgraded Haven Acres pump station and pressure tank, and installed 3400 feet of new line to area. I indicated that the City would need to receive plan review approval for waterline extensions, either formally, or acquire a plan review exemption for extensions given City has engineer and updated 2006 master plan. DWP survey report will outline such requirements ACTION NEEDED: City to evaluate how to receive proper plan review approval for line extension work, and respond to DWP.
