Details:	SUMMARY: Source Assessement Sample Results Submitted DETAILS: Source assessment sample results for SRC-AB (Well #2) were submitted for review. Sample results were historic samples collected in 2009 and 2010. Results were added to SDWIS and reviewed to determine if SRC-AB could be released from further monthly source sampling. A review of the results indicate that 2 additional source samples need to be collected from this well, one in December 2011 and one in January 2012. Letter describing requirements sent to water system contact. County and State staff sent copies of letter. ACTION NEEDED: Water system needs to collect source assessment sample from SRC-AB (Well #2) in December 2011 and January 2012. Water system needs to continue collecting monthly source assessment samples from SRC-AA (Well #1) through April 2012.
