Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Called Charlie about the missing 3red quarter routine coliform test and asked him to follow up and get the test reported if it was taken or get the 4th quarter test done ASAP. 10/28 I followed up with Alexin lab and they admitted missed reporting it they id report it on 10/27/11. ACTION NEEDED: 4th quarter coliform sample reported on time.
