Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: sample taken 10/4/11 positive for coliform. Spoke with Mr. Perryman and he had been notified by WaterLab. He will take the triggered sample and three repeats. He plans to chlorinate the well and dose the storage tank. The well triggered samples in the past have been negative so the possibility of the tank causing the system problems is real. He understands the need for public notice if any of the repeat samples came back positive. ACTION NEEDED: Resample, chlorinate and take five routine samples in October.
